Reporting to the CEO of MET Ukraine, he/she will be responsible for developing and maintaining MET Group market share within the industrial customer market in Ukraine.

Main responsibilities

  • Generating BtoB business and developing new relationships with Industrial Gas Portfolio segment across Ukraine, growing sales revenue
  • Acquiring and building a portfolio of new clients, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyzing market competitors and business opportunities
  • Working closely together with the wholesale origination team on designing attractive tailor-made solutions for the industrial customers
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress


  • Master’s degree in economics/business administration or engineering
  • 3-4 years previous work experience in BtoB sales with large industrial customers gained in energy sector
  • Knowledge of gas pricing fundamentals are appreciated
  • Knowledge of derivatives and risk management solutions would represent a plus
  • Entrepreneurial approach, business orientated, and target driven, passionate for results
  • Proven ability to build and maintain solid client relationships
  • Excellent communications and negotiation skills and great level of empathy
  • Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
  • Good command of English
